There’s something about daisies — cheerful, honest, and a little bit wild. I wanted to capture that spirit in stainless steel, and this sculpture is the result: silver petals that shine in the natural color of the metal, circling a golden center alive with hand-ground “seed” details. Every groove catches the light differently, just like the texture of a real daisy.
The leaves are where I let the torch dance. Intricate and full of movement, they glow with shades of green, gold and even touches of magenta— all drawn out by nothing but flame. And instead of stopping at the bloom, I sculpted the whole plant, down to its delicate roots, as if it had just been plucked from the earth and preserved in steel forever.
This stainless steel daisy sculpture is both playful and enduring, a little reminder that beauty doesn’t have to fade with the seasons. This wall hanging piece shows off the full anatomy of the daisy and never wilts! A daisy that laughs in the face of time!
This piece is wall hanging and should stay inside. If kept outside it will be structurally fine but the bright iridescent striping on the leaves will fade to a brownish color over time.
